The event will take place in Desenzano del Garda, on the Navigarda Tonale motor vessel, docked at the port.

8.00 Participant registration (1 representative per company)
9.00 – 13.00 Workshop: 1^ B2B appointment session
14.30 – 18.00 Workshop: 2^ B2B appointment session

Covid-19 rules:

• Green Pass “Rafforzato” (showing proof of complete vaccination or recovery)
• FFP2 mask
• Temperature check at the door
• Use of disinfecting gel

Participation fee €150 + 22% VAT

THE FEE INCLUDES

• Participation to the workshop (2 sessions, morning and afternoon) for 1 representative per company
• Company listed in the catalogue, in the offer section
• Buyer catalogue
• Coffee station during the event
• Assistance and planning support
• 2 weeks of online marketplace on the b2match platform for additional scheduled virtual appointments.

PAYMENT:

Please pay online by wire transfer upon proforma invoice receipt issued by the system (b2match). Sellers will receive a paid-in full receipt once the payment is verified.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY FEES:

In case of cancellation on your part or no show, no reimbursement of the registration fee will be issued by Visit Brescia.
